TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES
Villa rental rates quoted by Canang Sari Villas are on per night basis. Check-in time is after 2:00 pm, with check-out by 12 noon on the day of departure. Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the villa as shown on the Web site. Additional guests may be subject to person, per day Surcharge. Rates include airport transfer, salaries of all house staff, the cost of electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies, local taxes, and so on. All villas are fully equipped with linen, crockery, untensils a supply of soap and toiletries.

NOT INCLUDE/ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates do not include telephone, fax, food, soft drink and/or liquor and wine, personal and Expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure ( such as Upholstery or rug shampooing, etc)

RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
Payent of a 30% Rental Deposite must be received by Canang Sari Villas before a confirmation can be issued. Final payment should be paid latest on arrival. All rates for accommodation are quoted in US dollar, however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges be made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesia banks for selling US dollar on the day of the debit. If you decide to make US dollar cash payment plase note Indonesian banks don’t
Accept US dollar bills older than 1996. Also the bills should be in good condition and have no stamps or writing on it.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
We charge US$50 administration fee for cancellation after Confirmation has been issued. That’s for cancellation later then 30 days before arrival. For changes less then 30 days before arrival we will charge the equal of one to two days accommodation.

Once full payment has been made in high season there will be a charge of 30% if a cancelation occurs less then 5 days before arrival.
